Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if your item is defective, misprinted, or damaged.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact strohecker14@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, buyer’s remorse, or general dissatisfaction. Please double-check sizing and details before placing your order.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not process direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the item you’d like instead.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
